About Us

I’m Nadia R., a certified Life Coach with the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology and an Elevate graduate, an extensive and transformative personal development program. Personal growth is my passion—what I like to call my "personal development junkie" side. I attend regular training sessions and workshops to sharpen my coaching practice and continue my own journey of growth. As a volunteer coach for a local nonprofit, I find joy in helping others find their path to a better life, just as I have.

With a business degree and 11 years of experience as a hotel general manager, my professional life took a new direction when I immersed myself in personal development. That decision was life-changing, opening my eyes to the power of mindset and transforming my obstacles into opportunities. After overcoming various forms of abuse, foster care, homelessness, drug addiction, and most recently breast cancer (my wake-up call), I embraced an "it's happening for me" mindset. This shift unlocked new possibilities, and now I’m on a mission to help others discover their own potential.

Through Nadia R. Coaching, I empower you to pursue yourself and choose your reality. I believe we are stronger together, and I aim to create a safe space where authenticity and vulnerability are valued, and you truly belong. Witnessing my own transformation was incredibly powerful, and I use my skills and experience to guide others through their own journeys. I offer growth mindset workshops, mastermind forums, personal growth benefit packages for midsize companies, and one-on-one coaching.

Outside of coaching, I’m a busy mom of twins, a recent breast cancer survivor, an active community member, follower of Christ and a beginner homesteader. These roles add richness to my life and fuel my desire to help others create the life they’ve always dreamed of. I’m also on a continuous journey to study how the mind can heal and how the body communicates.
